« The staff was always nice and ready to help you »

« The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

« This is a great property that’s conveniently located between Norwood, Oakley, and Hyde Park. It was very and not extremely busy! Hate that you have to pay to park but that would be my only complaint. »

« Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back. »

« It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not. »

« We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. »

« I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna. »
