Apartment Précy-sur-Marne – Die perfekte Ferienwohnung finden

„This unit has a skylight that opens from the top bedroom to an interior area where other units have balcony/ windows. You can hear those people anytime they have their units open. Skylight will stay open about 8”, and if you try to open further it will rain dust and debris down on the bed. And it’s the only window or source of fresh air in the unit. We arrived and it was 92 Fahrenheit in the unit. There were 3 small fans, 1 of them worked, 2 did not. When we returned after dark the temp had ...

„I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with ...

„The host was very communicative and helpful with the check in and check out process. The instructions were very clear. We had a pick pocketing experience and the host was very understanding and friendly about the whole situation which was very kind. I definitely recommend this host, all though I will say that this place is definitely an older European apartment, and feels like it could maybe use a couple improvements, but besides that overall it was a wonderful stay and the perfect location for ...

„The elevator didnt even worked and we had to carry the luggage over 6 floors, then the room flooded and we couldnt take a bath because the ducts were blocked, and we couldnt bath ourselves in 3 days. Also picking up and delivering the keys in another location generates a extra cost so its terrible. So please don’t reserve this property, go to a hotel“

„The apartment was just what we needed for our 2 night stay. David, was a great communicator. I would come here again.“

„Neighborhood is amazing, stairs are fine. Needs a new mattress for the bed. A little lively at night but with the windows closed we fell asleep just fine. They have a dryer and washing machine combo but it wasn’t connected when we were there.“

„You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. But due to the apartment’s location facing the shaded yard, the temperatures were still quite manageable. The host had great communication, and made sure we were okay regularly. Other than ...

„In itself, the price and performance are good for Parisian standards. However, there were a few small things in the accommodation that made our stay worse. The bed creaks so loudly that you wake up every time you turn over at night and sleep poorly. Additionally, there were no hooks for jackets or towels, so we had to hang the towels on the kitchen drawer. The hangers in the closet are also poorly placed so you can't hang anything on them. You should wash up before leaving the accommodation, but ...

„Small room but nice“

„Very close to everything.“
