„Location was perfect for what we needed. We were in Chatty for a long weekend for the Ironman. Parking was stressful our first day there but then we got lucky when the one free spot opened up. The condo is super cute and cozy.“

„We were in town for the Half Ironman and this place was just far enough out of downtown not to have to deal with traffic but close enough to have convenient access to downtown. Condo was cute and well maintained. Would stay here again.“

„I would choose again this property. The location was perfect, we needed to be close to our newly acquired home In Sequatchie, The cottage was so cute, in an area that was peaceful and close to the interstate. Me and my dogs really enjoyed the comfort of this cottage. “

„This quiet little historic neighborhood is perfectly located for so many attractions. Ruby falls, Rock city and the Incline railway are just minutes away. There's pretty gardens on the property with various seating areas for relaxing evenings. The historic house is charming, clean and is stocked with pretty much anything you'll need for a stay.“

„The property was nice. It had what we needed for our stay. The kitchen was functional and the living room was spacious. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There were plenty of shops near by for anything that we needed. The location was also easy to find and access. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. “

„Loved our stay here, felt like we had our own upstairs apartment complete with our very own stargazing deck the host is a wonderful person to work with and was extremely helpful during our stay and answered all of our questions!! Make sure to give extra love to their cool pup Tank (hes the best) highly recommend this place for relaxing stay!! “

„Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt nach der ersten Nacht abbrechen, Weil Das Aggregat der Klimaanlage, Die direkt hinter dem Bett installiert ist, So laut war, Dass schlafen unmöglich war. Eine Möglichkeit, in der Küche zu kochen, war aufgrund der Platzverhältnisse unmöglich.“

While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.“
