Great home!
This property and view was perfect for our wedding party. We loved our stay and there’s a walking trail below the house that went to the venue for a wedding we were visiting/downtown Prescott. It’s a great location and home!

Relaxation Location
We were in town for ERAU graduation and looking for perfect home for our family of 5. This beautiful home was tucked away with a lovely patio (my favorite) that wrapped a majority of the house with a beautiful view of the area. Was very relaxing. Just a few blocks walking to Whiskey Row. The open space inside the house was great too with plenty of space for sitting at the kitchen table and on their big sectional couch. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Arizona.

Amazing getaway
This was a great way to celebrate our anniversary. The views were amazing, especially at night. Walking distance to whiskey row, sports bars and restaurants. Saw a deer within 30 minutes of being there in the front yard. The place was beautiful and the pictures didn't do its justice. Definitely worth the stay.

Absolutely wonderful
This VRBO is one of the best I have ever stayed at. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to easily walk to Whiskey Row and the town square. It was super family friendly (we traveled with our 6 month old and 2 year old) but also fun for us adults being so close to the restaurants and bars. Great place all around and would 100% stay at this exact location again!

A great space with beautiful views
This place was bigger than we expected. We loved all the windows and views! The house was clean and the updated kitchen had all the amenities, the large garage and laundry room were a nice surprise!. We loved the fenced in yard for our little dog and it was an easy walk to downtown Prescott. We would definitely stay here again! Oh and we even had deers pass by one night- so exciting to see!

Great Prescott, Arizona vacation rental located very close to Whiskey Row and other major Prescott sites. The house is large, clean, and has a sweeping view of Prescott. Perfect for family gatherings and a visit to Prescott!

Perfect weekend getaway
My family and I enjoyed our entire stay. We loved the open layout of the house. The view was gorgeous. We were able to see the sunrise and it was so perfect. The house tucked away on a hill. Made for a nice walk. We loved the porch! We would love to return.

Perfect!
We stayed for a few days just after Christmas and it was perfect! We were close enough to Whiskey Row to enjoy some shopping and good food but far enough away to feel like a cozy, secluded get away. The property was just right. We were able to spread out and have some family time (piled on the couch with blankets) as well. The home was spotless and maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for simple meals.

Wonderful Christmas vacation
The house was just as listed. Beautiful views across Prescott including the downtown square to the left and the foothills directly out front. We could see the court house square to our left from the living room and deck all adorned in lights for Christmas. Easy walk down the well maintained driveway into downtown. Was up early one morning and watched the sun rise over the foothills as the view is East-facing. Stunning. The house was clean and open for our use. No clutter, everything was in order. Owner Todd was terrific and very responsive to any questions we had. Wonderful stay, thanks Todd!!

Another enjoyable stay …
We stayed here during the summer and enjoyed the house and all the amenities, and decided on another visit to Prescott in December. Love the location and closeness to the downtown area. From the living room we were able to see many Christmas lights, including the courthouse and grounds. Todd is a wonderful host, and has made many upgrades since we were here in the summer. There were six of us sharing the house this time. Although we did our share of eating out, the kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. The bedrooms are nice, have large closets, storage space and good beds. Having a two car garage to keep our vehicles out of the elements was also a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit in the coming year.

Bonding Family Time
Can't begin to explain the joy our family had staying in this home. Grandchildren loved playing outside and roaming the property. House is very spacious and the big livingroom couch is definately the center piece along with big kitchen table. I have stayed in many Prescott properties but this is the BEST one so far. Homeowner contacted us immediately upon check in to see if we needed anything, during our stay we did not need anything! Thank you!

Prescott Wedding Trip
Once pd in full, host sends details, incl address & door code. Went to 3 doors before finding the touch-key lock. It's a funny little lot, but they did a nice job w/ rocks, walkways, plantings & giving it an AZ feel. Dead plants in pots tho. Prob prettier in Spring/Summer. If you're older, unsteady or clumsy (like me), there are tripping hazards so just be mindful. Beds are comfy, but 1st one's noisy & 2nd didn't have mattress pad, but found one in linen closet (which was well stocked). Couldn't get door off all-season rm to lock & couldn't operate shades on door fr master bdrm. House is very bright & roomy. Plenty of seating! Kitchen is well stocked, better than other rentals we've had. The electric outdoor grill on deck off kitchen shorted out circuit that incl deck & at 4 kitchen outlets. Host was very responsive to online msgs, but that issue was not handled prior to our departure. If you have a lg rental car (we had Chevy Suburban), you can get in & out of garage, but it's a process as there's not much room to maneuver outside & there's an extra wall & fridge to be careful of inside. Laundry rm needs cleaning. Labeling the many light switches would be nice (trial & error getting desired one). Neighbor dogs bark if you care. Great location. Newer appliances. Despite minor negatives, very comfortable & would stay there again.

Beautiful home
We loved how spacious & clean this house is. The large wrap around deck allowed us to enjoy the nature dawn & dusk. We watched a group of 3 deer from the deck & a large buck from the sunroom. The host was very responsive to a few minor reports we wanted to pass along. The couch is quite tired & uncomfortable for taller folks. A TV in the master bedroom would be a nice addition. I would highly recommend this house & hope to be able to stay here again.

Great location!
We loved the location- we could walk into town but we felt like we were out in the country. The place was so spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We met another couple there so we could tour Prescott, Sedona and the Grand Canyon after meeting in Phoenix. We loved the quaint charm of Prescott and we were within a couple of hours of everything we wanted to do. Todd communicated with us seamlessly on the vrbo app and we would def stay there again if we visit the area. Highly recommend

Family Wedding and Vacation
Absolutely wonderful location and property for our extended family in Prescott for a wedding. We were entertained by the deer and Javelina that would explore the ravine beside the property. Our host was amazing to work with, and quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property, and will definately return in the future without hesitation.

You won’t want to leave …
There were so many things we loved about this property. Large kitchen, large spacious living room, awesome views from the living room, and outside deck. Every morning we got to watch deer grazing about. Bedrooms were great …plenty of storage and beds were very comfortable. Garage parking was also a bonus. Close to downtown but felt like we were in the country. We’re already checking our calendars for a return trip here.

We spent a wonderful time as a family in a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. There was plenty of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Love the house and the closeness to the town center. We walked there almost every day sometimes twice. Loved the view and the many windows to look out. The deck was wonderful and we watched the deer every morning and evening. Only objection was, there was no kleenex in the bathrooms and no extra paper towels for the kitchen. there were no instructions about the trash, we took it down to the end of the drive where there were two cans. Hope that was the right thing to do. We do love the house and we did enjoy our stay. will probably book it again for next year.

This property was even better than the pictures. It was super clean and spacious. Todd was very responsive from booking through our last day. Huge great room and bedrooms were also large. We loved the view sitting on the deck. It felt like we were out in the country instead of a 10 minute walk to the town square. No need for uber or DD with this location.
