« We were disappointed by the experience. We were in a sort of prefab building overlooking the car park. The insulation was very poor, both thermal and acoustic. The bathroom tap didn't fit the basin. The electronic shower system didn't work properly, which led to wasted water. The only positive point of the stay was the staff: very friendly and pleasant. »

« The hotel was marvellous. We were there for a wedding and everything was fantastic including the breakfast next morning. I'll never use Expedia again as I thought I had booked a suite but they actually booked us into the lodge, which is very nice but my wife has difficulty walking and the lodge was well away from the main hotel. Also. It separated us from the rest of the party. »

« DON’T SKIP OUT ON THE BREAKFAST. This place was great and the staff were all so helpful. Really impressed. I’m very glad I gave the breakfast a try because it was well worth it. They are very accommodating here and all the food is fresh. I’m sure I’ll be back. »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« We’re 76 and 71 years old. The property, while nice, does not have a lift. Very difficult for us to schlep our suitcases up three flights of stairs. It’s a “contactless” hotel, which worked out fine. No issues with access. The restaurant in front of the property, while not part of the hotel, was very nice and offered a discount to hotel guests. »

« The Townhouse bed & breakfast was beautiful and welcoming the moment we walked up to the beautiful garden. The wife and husband hosts were fantastic, the room was elegant and cozy. The made to order breakfast was 5 star, prepared by the owner who is a professional chef. Only wished we had spent more time in the beautiful B&B. »
