„Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. “

„Came down to celebrate my 40th with family and friends. The house was great for a big group, catering to all ages. Conveniently located. Could hit up the Valle, but also close enough to La Fonda, Puerto Nuevo and the cute Los Portales.Randy (owner) and Rick (property manager) were very communicative and helped me plan a fun long weekend. Rick really went above and beyond helping me book a Valle shuttle and tour, local transport and dinner reservations as well as a chef to come to the house.Will ...

„In addition to the unique and amazing location and amenities of the residence, I need to point out the unbelievable personality and competence of the property manager. We were celebrating the big 40 birthday party of my wife with 28 family and friends and it would have been less than 50% as successful and amazing without the help of Talese, the property manager. „The place was clean and peaceful. There was someone nearby in case we needed anything, and he was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—he took excellent care of us. The only reason I can’t give a full 5 stars is due to the lack of air conditioning in any of the rooms. This was especially disappointing since we stayed during a weekend with temperatures reaching 98 degrees.
