A shared outdoor space including a BBQ is also available for use during your stay.

shopping.

A damage deposit 'hold' of $1000 will be placed on your credit card prior to check in. The hold will be released after a post check out inspection confirming that no damage was caused to the property during your stay.
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to check-in.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit. Reservations are non-refundable within 14 days of check-in. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
