« Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

« The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The building is secure, and despite being close to Oxford Road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. « This is a great property and I can't wait to stay again. The best part was fresh eggs and feeding the animals! But keep in mind this is not a pristine hotel. This is an urban farm with an antique shop on the premises. There is no lobby. Most of this was fine, but I think there were some things that needed TLC on the exterior of the property (e.g., debris on the trampoline, playhouse by each unit was a little frayed, boules set was incomplete, etc.). All of the things that were a little rundown...

"Nice small hotel near Heathrow T5. Both local bus and coach bus options to get to the airport. Breakfast buffet had many options. Rooms are not totally soundproof. We could hear our neighbors, both above and next door but that did not prevent us from having a good sleep."
