« There was issues with this booking as there was not adequate heating in the unit as the temperatures outside was 45 degrees and the booking unit had a locked thermostat that only read 55 degrees. I asked numerous times if the heat could be adjusted to accommodate and was not accommodate instead I was told that a refund would be issued immediately as the agent told me that the heat was broken and that my family could not stay this forcing us to scramble and try to find another place to stay. « The home was very dirty, mold in the shower, floors not swept or vacuumed. No clean dishes inside of the cupboards. Appliances cracked and run down. Heat setting was set at 65 and no option to change. Hot water for the shower was very temperamental making showers cold midway with no warning or reason. TV in bedroom would not turn on. Wifi advertised but have to pay for it. Metro advertised as a 15 minute walk but no directions on how to get to it. Limited linens- no wash cloths, not enough...

« Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! »
