« Sanctuary at Rum River was perfect for our large family get-together. All of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable (even the bunk beds) bathrooms were well appointed. Kitchen was GREAT...nice to have everything labeled on the cabinets, and have plenty of dishware, glasses, coffee cups, and silverware. Good assortment of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Awesome to have the washer and dryer available. Theatre room in the basement was a great bonus. As well as having the garage...

« Great house in a quiet neighborhood. My only concern was the stairs. The spindles of the railing upstairs are far enough apart that my one year old could crawl through. I looked around for a child gate to put at the top of the stairs and couldn't find one. Loved that there was coffee provided! »

« We had the absolute best time at this property. Our extended family rented it to celebrate Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was decorated for Christmas! A tree, plates, towels, garland, lights! The indoor hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were a hit with all. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. « My book club (all 50) rented Grandpa's Pool House and had a ball. We did all things 70s and the house was a great fit for our tator tot hotdish meals, shrinky dink crafts and Sloe Gin Fizz drinks. We had a couple hiccups with our stay, and the host and property manager responded immediately and made everything right. »
