« The cabin and grounds were beautiful. The rooms were clean. The kitchen was spacious as was the great room. The view fom the deck was beautiful., with glimpses of beautiful birds and wildlife. Within walking distance was a floating dock from which you could fish or admire the beauty of the lake. Parking was close to the house and was spacious enough for more than one vehicle. The host was responsive to any questions.I would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone. »

« We were very pleased with everything. The house was beautiful inside and out. The surroundings were very nice and it was peaceful. We have never felt so relaxed. The host was easy to get in touch with whenever we needed which was not much. Because they had everything ready for us. I would definitely recommend if you are going to be any where around Marion or Sturgis Kentucky that you check out this beautiful peaceful place. We will definitely be staying here again sometime when I come to visit...

« The house was perfect ! Much roomier than we expected ! Spotlessly clean ! The host was amazing !! The gas for the outdoor grill ran out & we texted him & he brought another tank within minutes ! We ate most of our meals on the covered front porch over looking the lake so relaxing . Before we even there a day my husband was already planning a fishing trip for next year We can't wait to stay at this property again !! »

Was full of old house quirks including one of two showers that was difficult to use given the strange showerhead hookup and cheap curtain that flew around, and nobody liked the loose decorative tile everywhere - that'd be awful with toddlers. Full of old house charm. Owner was responsive. »
