„I'm local tourist (honduran) my family likes to visit our country. Some places, like this one, didn't treat us nicely, specially some staff from the restaurant of the hotel. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything.“

„We had a great stay here with friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! House was super clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. Everything was exactly as stated on the listing. The exterior and the pool were also clean and well maintained. We will definitely rent this house again when we return to the beautiful island of Roatan!“

„It is a lovely property, well decorated and maintained . It was peaceful, spacious and safe. The property is gated and there is a nice restaurant at the Verandas Hotel which is clos by. We enjoyed the inground pool everyday. We rented a car at the airport and the property is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. To travel to West Bay you need to drive for about 40 minutes because of the condition of the roads. There is a supermarket called Eldon’s about a mile from the gate where you can get ...

"Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok."
