Condo de luxe 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain à The Grandview sur Grace Bay Beach (6 couchages plus bébé). Ce condo de 1850 pieds carrés est situé au deuxième étage du développement haut de gamme de 18 unités de Grandview, qui occupe l'une des plus belles étendues de la célèbre plage de Grace Bay. Étant une unité de coin à l'extrémité la plus calme du développement, il bénéficie d'une lumière de fenêtre supplémentaire et d'une grande terrasse couverte plus ouverte. Le développement dispose d'une piscine, d'un bain à remous et d'une salle de fitness sur place, et de nombreux excellents restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied. À environ 5 minutes en voiture, il y a le supermarché Graceway Gourmet bien approvisionné et de nombreuses boutiques. Un plus grand supermarché est situé à environ 10 minutes. Une planche à pagaie et deux kayaks sont disponibles pour votre usage personnel. Le condo comprend les commodités suivantes:

Amazing !

The place had everything and the location was unbelievable. Right on Grace Bay and just steps to the beach. It has to be the shortest path to the beach on the island. This complex also puts the chairs close to the water unlike most of the other hotels/resorts we saw on Grace Bay. The property manager and host were very accommodating and responsive. This unit also provided a chilled water station and even refilled it during the stay. This was icing on the cake for a unit that already had everything you needed. This complex/condo is also close to many restaurants and beach bars. The excursion pickups are also right on the beach in front of the condo. I can’t say enough great things about this unit. Don’t miss it !

The GrandView T&C

Everything about this condo was wonderful. We had literally everything we needed for our stay. Adeline the property manager was super nice and responsive. She will even shop for you before you get there. I would highly recommend this. The property and grounds are perfect and private. A little slice of paradise.

Amazing stay, spectacular view and location!

We absolutely loved our time at The Grandview! Rachel was a highly communicative host and Adeline the property manager was so helpful! The location can't be beat--right on stunning Grace Bay beach, walkable to town, next door to a good restaurant. The condo itself was beautiful and roomy with a great balcony, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable views. We especially loved watching the sunset from our beach. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!

The property is exactly as depicted in the photos. A beautiful view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. Unit was spotless,the property was clean and well kept. Just a few steps to the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas! The property manager Adeline was wonderful.

Best VRBO Ever!

I have never written a review before as I am super busy with work and running the kids around once we get back from a vacation. But this condo WAS AWESOME and I wanted to make sure I shared it as reviews are a big determining factor of what we book. Everything about this condo exceeded my expectations. Communication with the owner was very timely (Rachel); communication with the property manager (Adeline) was excellent as well. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. There was more than enough supplies: TP, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc. The condo was super clean, comfortable beds, more than enough room for all of us. We used the complex hot tub every day. Super clean complex, pool area, gym, etc. My only suggestion to enhance the beach view from the condo patio would be bar height table and chairs. And that is just an enhancement! You won't be disappointed renting this condo!

Dream vacation, Dream condo!

My friend and I had an incredible time on our first trip to T&C, and this condo is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The grounds of the Grandview and the condo are absolutely pristine, and the ocean view from our place was stunning. I felt 100% safe on this property, and the surrounding hotels are very nice and upscale. The property manager Adeline and the the condo owner Rachel were quick and professional with all communications. We were able to set up in condo massages and a clear kayak tour through the property manager, and both experiences were amazing. The bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, kitchen were just perfect. The Grandview was quiet and relaxing (no crazy parties around us) which is exactly what we wanted. Rachel and Adeline make the stay so easy: everything is labeled so clearly that we were able to use all appliances with ease. The appliances are all upgraded and didnt need to pack many clothes (even though we both overpacked) because we could do laundry. Rachel has thought of everything that you might want- we really appreciated the filtered water dispenser that Adeline filled up again when we contacted her, and we used the pool floats when we visited our favorite Taylor Bay- the calmest, shallow water to lazily float around in! We ate several meals at Pelican Bay Restaurant less that 2 min walk next door, and we loved The Grill at Grace Bay Club for lunch (I’m trying to replicate the Rainbow Bowl at home and it’s just not the same!)

Great stay at Provo

While the views at Grace Bay speak for themselves this location right on the beach is fabulous. Everything was exceptional. The checking procedures and communications with the manager were extremely clear and easy to follow and the unit itself was just perfect. Very clean and spacious this unit was just what we needed for some down time at the beach. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away to T&C.

Awesome condo and location

First time visiting Turks and Caicos. Grandview condo is perfect spot on Grace Bay with many dining options with in walking distance. The ocean view from the condo is amazing, better than the pictures. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. Uncrowded, never a problem getting a lounger/umbrella at the beach. Local people were very friendly. Owner Rachel was helpful and booking was very easy. Host Adeline was great and helped with any questions or dining options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRANDVIEW!!!

Exceptional apartment, very well equipped with good quality modern appliances with amazing views. We utilised all the complex facilities. Property manager could not be more helpful - she would advise and sort anything you need for a fantastic holiday.

One word…Perfect!

We had a tremendous stay at this property. Condo was super clean and well appointed. Beautiful view with a private balcony on second level. Kitchen and baths had everything we needed. Ample watersports gear in private garage. Location is top notch right on Grace Bay. This has been the best location in our multiple visits to T&C. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Private beach chairs and umbrellas setup each day. This is an amazing place for which we hope to return. Highly recommend.

Wife and I stayed here 7-12 Oct 2024 celebrating 25th wedding anniversary and wife’s birthday. Simply put this place is even better than the pictures and descriptions! Ocean view was amazing! Beach access amazing! Chairs/umbrellas on the beach amazing! Property owner Rachael and manager Adeline amazing! Spacious condo could’ve easily accommodated two couples. Large open living/dining room and balcony. Walked to various on the beach (literally) restaurants each night. Definitely want to come back and definitely want to stay here again.

Location, location, location!!!

Myself and 2 girlfriends decided to take a trip for our 60th birthdays. The condo at the Grandview couldn’t have been any better!! Location, location, location!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of literally EVERYTHING from local beach restaurants, bars, fine dining and shopping! I can’t say enough about Adeline the property manager and her ability to get back to us with inquiries or questions so quickly! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and OH the view of the daily sunrises and sunsets!! You can’t go wrong with this property!!

Could not have been more pleased with this condo and can't wait to go back! Owner and property manager: they were always quick to respond with any questions we had Location: perfectly situated on Grace Bay beach with a hotel on each side of the property where you can go for food and drinks Condo: has everything you could need and more, very clean, spacious for my husband and I and two teen girls, incredible views of the ocean, always chairs open on beach and pool Tips: rent a car through Grace Bay Rentals and get 10% off since staying at Grandview, get groceries on way from airport at the IGA, explore the other beaches on the island, go into town for shopping, etc.; and charter a boat with Grace Bay Adventures, they'll pick you up right on the beach and take you to whatever you want to see (snorkel, see dolphins and sea turtles, dive for conch, jump off the abandoned ship, etc.)
