« Résidence très bien équipée avec du matériel de qualité; belle décoration "cosy"; environnement calme; échange de mails positifs avec le propriétaire que j'ai dérangé plusieurs fois en raison d'une communication difficile avec les 3 Sociétés impliquées dans la gestion de la location : EXPEDIA, ABRITEL et finalement le code du coffre à clé envoyé par une troisième :VRBO que nous n'avions pas identifiée comme impliquée. Pas reçu de leur part les consignes de départ. »

We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. « Aidan was an amazing friendly caring host, I’ve never actually had any host as welcoming as he was even though they have all been fantastic, he went above and beyond. The directions were fantastic, even advising on where to park, what to see locally, he even offered to get us milk for the morning and showed us the studio. « Andriana nous accueillit chaleureusement dans son appartement. Nous avons logé à 4, avec deux enfants de 6 et 8 ans, c’est tout à fait confortable. L’accès est indépendant. L’appartement est comme neuf. La literie de très bonne qualité. Andriana nous a conseillé sur les visites dans les alentours. Le logement est bien situé pour les visites de Kilarney , le « ring of Kerry » n’est pas loin, et gros coup de cœur pour la visite de « gap of Dunloe ». »

« This is a dormitory. It is a very spacious, well-priced, and close to the centre, but has some inconveniences you wouldn't expect if staying in an apartment, as it is advertised. Some of our challenges: the listing shows a washer. But the washer is not in the space, and you have to buy tokens during office hours. We arrived at 5pm Friday and were out of luck. To use the shower you have to sit on the floor. The heat is constantly on, so you have to manage that to get a comfortable temperature. »
