Ist is an impudence that this Place is called a Club and Resort!!!It has NOTHING to be close! And It is old ,dirty and the Staff working there?I should Not Say more otherwise i am losing my good upbringing..

Preis/Leistung war mangelhaft
Beim Check-in mussten wir ein endlos langes Formular ausfüllen und es wurde auf jedes einzelne Feld beharrt. Im Zimmer angekommen waren wir erstaunt wie klein es war für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das Ausziehbett war nicht einmal mit der Bettwäsche bezogen. Am Morgen wollte ich vor der Abreise noch einen Kaffee mitnehmen. Leider ist die Maschine nicht. vor 8 Uhr in Betrieb.

Wir stimmen Ihnen zu, dass das von Ihnen gebuchte Studio, das unser kleinstes und kostengünstigstes Zimmer ist, bei vier Gästen recht gemütlich ist. Haben Sie die Rezeption über die Situation informiert und nach einem Upgrade gefragt? Es tut uns leid, dass der kostenlose Kaffee in der Lobby erst um 8 Uhr morgens verfügbar ist. Wir bieten in allen Zimmern Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeiten für Gäste, die zu anderen Zeiten Kaffee zubereiten möchten. Es tut uns leid, dass das Schlafsofa nicht im Voraus bezogen wurde, was Ihnen unangenehm war. Schlafsofas werden nicht im Voraus hergestellt, es sei denn, die Gäste möchten vor dem Schlafengehen auf dem Sofa fernsehen. Wir hoffen, dass diese Probleme Ihre Urlaubsfreude und die von Provincetown nicht beeinträchtig

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie von Ihrem Aufenthalt enttäuscht waren. Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, dass unsere Zimmer sauber sind und ich war bestürzt zu hören, dass Sie Ihren Mangel gefunden haben. Ich entschuldige mich, dass Ihr Zimmer nicht unserem normalen Standard entsprach. Der Manager wurde auf Ihren Kommentar aufmerksam gemacht und wird mit den Mitarbeitern des Housekeeping überprüft.

Angenehm und praktisch
Man konnte im Zimmer kochen, es war alles da! Es gab einen kleinen Fitnessraum, auch einen Pool und Whirlpool (beide aber nicht benutzt). 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, Umgebung ruhig.

Preiswert in Provincetown
Wer auf Cape Cod zur Hauptsaison ein günstiges Zimmer sucht, kann schon mal in die Röhre kucken. Da waren wir mit dem Sandcastle Resort hoch zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war jetzt nicht unbedingt das schönste und sauberste der Welt, aber die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat das wieder ausgeglichen. Provincetown selbst ist wohl einer der schönsten Flecken der Ostküste und gerade die große Gay-Lesbian-Community sorgt für viel Farbe und Lebendigkeit. Wer allerdings gedanklich noch im Mittelalter lebt und sich an Händchen haltenden Männern und Frauen stört, sollte sich einen Besuch wohl überlegen.

This is a nice location, with clean rooms. There is a murphy bed, which honestly was very comfortable, and it was nice to be able to fold it away. The room was very spacious and clean, and it is definitely a benefit to have a mini kitchen in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to be able to make breakfast (stove, pans, coffee machine, microwave). We stayed in May which for us was great as the whole place was quiet and relaxed

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have limited staff in the off season and someone is at the desk everyday and security is on at night. We have not had a hot tub for over 4 years now.

In the middle of winter I needed to be in Provincetown to meet a store owner. Sinc eit is quite aa drive I decided t stay the night before the meeting, Luckily The Sandcastle has a great location. I was confused as to what to do when I got here but quickly figured it out. Fazzinis Italian was great and the studio is very comfortable.

Decent resort, a bit older and outdated
Checkin was easy and the woman was nice. Pool room had broken windows and was freezing cold. Exercise room wasn1 1970 treadmill and 5lb weights. Room was small but standard, Murphy bed wasnt as comfortable as it could have been

The room was clean but the property was older and a little run down. The staff was nice . The beds were very uncomfortable the mattress on the bed was old and about 5 inches thick . The tv’s in the room would come on but no way to turn the channels without remotes and there wasn’t a remote in the room for either Tv. There was no AC in the room at all just 2 fans hanging on the wall. The beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep on them another night so checked out early and was charged for the whole stay.

It was ok but the key they first gave me for my room didn’t work and I also would expect a key card rather than an actual metal key. The sheet of many many rules on which I had to initial next to each one at check-in was rather excessive and made the hotel feel low-class and uncomfortable and not that welcoming, like I was dealing with the police and not a hospitality staff. Also the people knocking on the door like every half hour in the morning for like 2 hours leading up to checkout time was very annoying as I was extremely exhausted. Also the fact that checkout time at this hotel is at 10am, which is a full hour before most other hotels have it, was way too early for me. The TV remote control being in a plastic bag was weird. The TV was too small and not at an ideal angle for watching while lying in bed. The upper lightbulb on the lamp next to the dresser didn’t work. The requirement that I put that yellow paper slip on my car’s dashboard and also write down my license plate number was something that most other hotels never do, they usually just require that you write the year make and model of your car. This was inconvenient to have to deal with when checking in while carrying tons of bags and items.

We are sorry you didnt enjoy your stay. We have procedures and policies in place to ensure that your car isnt towed and also that the room is ready when you arrive, in order to do that we need check out at 10am and check in at 4pm. The remote is clean in the bag and kept that way due to covid.

You get what you pay for - very basic, and adequate for one/two nights. Location is ok. Get ready to hear everything that happens in the rooms next to you - it's like the walls and ceiling are made of paper.
