« Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa villetta vicino a Formia dotata di tutto il necessario e di una bella terrazza con vista golfo dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. Ci ha accolto Anna che Ú stata carinissima ,molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Soggiorno bellissimo,casa veramente ok, ... Da ripetere. Sonia »

« Belle maison tout Ă  fait conforme aux photos. Aucune arnaque! La vue est splendide. La maison possĂšde tout le confort annoncĂ©. Il y rĂšgne un calme incroyable et pas de vis Ă  vis ce qui prĂ©serve l' intimitĂ©. Le prix au vue de la prestation se justifie pleinement. Cependant en arrivant nous avons trouvĂ© de la vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle. Les ustensiles de cuisine ont du ĂȘtre nettoyĂ© en arrivant tout comme les sols. Le canapĂ© mĂ©riterait un dĂ©crassage. Mais pas d' Ă©tat des lieux ni caution...

« Great house in charming medieval town. This house has four floors and a roof terrace. There are a lot of stairs, but we knew about them ahead of time, and it was not a problem. We shopped at local shops, which are very close by, and made several lunches and dinners in the ground floor kitchen. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The town has many restaurants within an easy walk. We spent time at the nearby lake, renting a boat and having an aperitif. There are many churches to explore...

« The facility had everything you would need for an extended stay including washing machine, toaster, pans and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, etc. There were plenty of rooms on a couple floors. The hardest part was getting checked in and finding the building while speaking English and being from out of country. If you speak Italian and have phone service in Italy, you should be fine. Otherwise, plan a little extra time to get checked in. You park outside the little medieval...
