„The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. We expected (and had been warned) that there would be street noise, but this was beyond what we could comfortably handle. Fortunately, Joseph was able to move us ...

„We had a really nice stay. The staff was kind and professional, the rooms were new and spacious, and everything was very clean. We also liked the location, a short walk to the old city.“

„Beautiful boutique hotel with a great staff and excellent food“

„Very nice place, enjoyed my stay and can recommend. Clean, fancy and modern rooms, good bed, friendly people. Location is great around jaffa street close to a train station and shops restaurants etc around“

„Times are difficult; but I had always wanted to go to Israel. A wedding in Tel Aviv finally gave us a reason. Not only was Jerusalem a must, but also the famous American Colony Hotel. It was already late, but the bar was still open, and you could sit in a beautiful courtyard under palm trees. There were delicious salads with feta, hummus, and BBQ, along with a wide ...

„Location very good, noisy street....room very sharp, comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast at neighboring hotel, accessible by efficient tuk tuk...small rooms. “

„Amazing staff, location and experience!“

„Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice room, firm mattress, good breakfast, and in walking distance to the old town.“
