« Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had! Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours. Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter. Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs! »

« Je suis globalement une fois par an à Beijing. Toujours dans les hotels de hutong. J'ai fait 5 ou 6 fois le Jingshan garden. Toujours très bien mais alors l'inflation joue à fond. C'est devenu hors de prix. je ne pense pas y retourner, car on se moque de nous. Calme. mais real probleme de personnel (très gentil au demeurant) aucun ne parle Anglais et on n'arrive pas à se faire comprendre (ils font des efforts mais cela ne suffit pas). Et je ne parle pas du Pdj devenu au fil des années juste...

« Génial ! On a passé un séjour de rêve ! 7 nuits trop bien . Petits déjeuners inclus avec un énorme buffet ( même si au bout de 7 jours , peu de changement ) . Piscine et jacuzzi ( pensez à amener les bonnets de bains sinon l’hôtel en vend pour pas très cher ) . Surtout conciergerie au top , ils commandent les taxis , ont réservé nos billets pour la cité interdite , nous conseille sur les sorties et toujours avec le sourire et une discrétion exceptionnelle . « Exceptionnel. La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, l'emplacement. Si vous recherchez un hôtel sur Pékin choisissez celui-ci. Un hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, les chambres sont décorées avec goût, la salle de bain est très grande avec douche et baignoire. Nous avions une chambre en rez de chaussée au calme. L'hôtel possède une grande terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait, on vous propose même le nettoyage de vos vêtements gratuitement. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. »

Possibilité de réserver un taxi pour aller visiter la Grande Muraille avec un chauffeur parlant anglais (demander au concierge de l'hôtel), très pratique et à un prix raisonnable. Pour visiter Pékin, il est préférable de prendre un taxi devant l'hôtel sinon métro à 7-8 minutes à pied. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in Beijing for a 10 days family vacation. I took a chance and booked us a location that was off the touristy spot where all the big hotels were - so glad I did - VUE is a hidden gem. We took to walking around the Hutong neighborhoods right away, my father loved his morning walks in Houhai Park which was right behind the hotel.
