„Parkplatz eigens vor dem Hotel. Sehr gut. “

„Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal“

„Extremely high charges for wellness in the late afternoon/evening hours (60 Euro/h)!!! Unacceptable! Very big disappointment!“

„Clean room , best staff , best breakfast , friendly behaviour.“

„This hotel is a 10 minute ride to downtown and the train station. The rooms are great, however there is no air conditioning, which was miserable in the heat of summer. Even if you cool the room down at night by opening doors, for some reason the room heats up again. It was 28.5 degrees Celsius in my room with no way to cool it down.

All those upfront emails were friendly and precise but did not adress the real questions on how to get there, where to park, how to open the door etc... it simply is well meant but does not work. I will not come again - I preferr personal checkin ...

„I expected more. The only positive thing was the price“
