Il ya une cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris machine à café, mixeur, micro-ondes, grille-pain. Le salon dispose d'un divan-lit et cheminée reine (apportez propres bûches de bois ou d'incendie). L'établissement propose également le chauffage central et la climatisation, d'un magnétoscope, d'une connexion Wi-Fi, barbecue à charbon, et un patio à l'arrière, ainsi que d'une terrasse en bord de mer. Propriétaire demande Non-fumeur A l'intérieur, animaux acceptés avec un dépôt de sécurité supplémentaire. Draps et un ensemble de serviettes de bain sont fournis. Minimum de 2 nuits pendant la semaine; 3 nuits minimum week-ends de Mars, Avril, Mai, Juin et Octobre et tous les jours fériés.

Very enjoyable

Good location, near most things. The beach was much cleaner by the house compared to most other places which was nice. Overall it was great and would recommend.

Loved it!

Great location right on the beach between Mannys and the Pitaya bars and restaurants. You can walk the beach to either. Loved the security of the garage entrance to the courtyard and into the condo. Close the garage door and car is safe as well as the condo. My little 10 lb dog was in heaven there.

Which was a bummer for swimming in. The only concern we had was the main shower not draining so I used the plunger under the sink to fix the problem.

Great location

June 2023 - Some areas for improvement included: Mattresses were not comfortable, no coffee pods, no chaise lounges, and other stuff fom pictures were missing, cooking pans and other kitchen stuff were not great, Kitchen drawers fall out... Positives included: Wood furniture is nice Ceiling fans are great AC works good Great view and location on beach Halfway between Manny's and Pitaya beach bars. You can walk out of condo to patio, then you're on sand and the beach!!

Two friends at the beach

The property was clean and well stocked. Were happy to provide extra paper towels snd coffee filters. Aoril weather was perfect, with Dolphins swimming by each morning and a neighborhood seal who im told, hangs out . The beach out the front door was rocky but many able to swim.we had the beach pretty much all to ourselves until late afternoon when families brought their kids after school. We cooked all our meals , buying fresh fish & shrimp every morning at the market. Need I say more? If there was any drawback. It was the less than friendly neighbor who lives next door with dogs who were not on leashes and were allowed to defecate on the beach and it not picked up . Not cool. Aside from that, the best beach vaca for the money!

The one time I needed help with the shower rod, maintenance was there in no time at all. Only thing we thought that needed attention was the silverware. There was only enough for three people. Luckily there were just the two of us. Had a great time.

La Gaviota! Puerto Penasco

Great air conditioning, right on the beach. Walked out to ocean. Comfortable beds. Netflix. Great neighbors. Walking distance to Manny’s and The Pit. Safe area. Large garage. No iron or ironing board. No hair dryer. No broom but there were 2 dust pans. Needs to have updated stove. Couldn’t tell what temp oven was on!! Very easy check in and check out.

Very short on amenities

As a host myself house needs fixing up maintenance wise. Curtain rod in master bath needs replaced. Mattress is warm out and needs to be changed out. Stove needs replaced as the burners don't get hot properly. No lids for pans. Grill outside was very rusted and not safe to cook directly on. Otherwise it's a great location.

The location was great.We felt very safe there and loved having a garage to park the car in. There was no toaster for making toast, so I let the management company know, and about fifteen minutes later they showed up with a brand new toaster in the box for us! We had some trouble with the lock on the door however, again, the management company was there within ten minutes to fix the problem. The twin beds in the smaller bedroom are super comfortable, but the Queen bed in the master bedroom is horrible. It's too bad. They wouldn't the splurge on a new mattress, because this is not the first time it has been mentioned about that mattress being really bad. It was so bad, my guest preferred to sleep on the couch Instead, so nobody slept in the master bedroom due to the bad mattress. Everything else was phenomenal and I definitely would go back but next time I would bring some foam with me for the bed. Lol

Simple place, amazing views

We first arrived after hours and it was dark outside. The keys and a map were taped to the window as promised. The directions and map definitely needs updating, it took four of us a few uturns to find the random driveway. Its not very well marked and when you pull in the area looks abandoned, especially in the dark. We finally found the one with La Gaviota marked above the garage but partially covered by a light. Then walking down a long dark hallway to a door that opens to a strange coutyard. My family thought we were being pranked lolAlas, we got to the front door which has two handles to get in which was weird. Then we were relieved to find the cozy condo behind the door. We dropped everything and immediately went outside to the amazing smell and sounds of the ocean!! Sitting on the patio Watching the birds and listening to the waves is one of the best feelings!! The ac stopped working when we were there and someone showed up promptly to fix the issue:) Its within walking distance to 2 beach bars which is nice and theres all kinds of stuff being sold on the beach. We bought some nice wooden beach tables that a dad and daughter made, tamales from Mari who was selling food in the early morning:) The tidepools in the morning are amazing and you can see locals searching for goodies. Close to the malecon for shopping and fresh seafood. We cooked fresh shrimp on the bbq on the patio. (Was difficult with the wind) but tasted amazing We will definitely stay here again!!

Reviewer Comments: La Gaviota was a good size for our family of 5 - having a second bathroom really helped when we were getting ready to go to the beach, and then cleaning up afterward. This is a good location with easy access to the beach and tidepools. The beach was practically empty on Thursday and Friday, and not at all crowded on Saturday. The property feels safe and secure and there are plenty of towels - important for a beach house!One problem: the range in the kitchen is old and all the numbers/words have worn off of the control knobs. The burners work, but you have to guess how high the heat is. The oven works, but it took me a while to test all the settings on the blank dial and figure out how to turn it on to the Bake setting. And of course the temperature was too high and burned my food a bit, because I had to guess where to set another blank dial. I don't expect things to be super modern, but it is time for new appliances in that kitchen.

Reviewer Comments: We had a problem getting internet on the first day and the morning of the second day, but Oceano sent someone out (twice) and got it fixed after some miscommunications and the tech guy not showing up when he said he was going to- he was an hour late and I had to call twice after they said he would be there in 10 minutes. Check in was simple and helpful with some information I had requested. We got six different keys to the place and only needed two, to access two different doors. I don't know what the other four keys were for, and having a big key chain of useless keys was annoying. How about just giving us keys to the place plus an extra or two so my friends can come and go as they please?? The place was simple but nice and very clean. Good showers and towels, Keurig in the kitchen, fridge worked great, lots of pots, pans, etc... TV worked fine I was told. Some rocks out on the beach closer to the ocean but when the tide comes in it was easy to go out and swim. There were nice tide pools in front for exploring. A/C worked well. There is a crazy, angry lady that lives next door that screamed at us once, and started a fight with some other condo-renters nearby. Overall she was not a problem and we just laughed at her when she yelled at us and threatened to call the cops because we were in front of her condo ON THE PUBLIC BEACH. We had no music on, weren't making any noise or anything. Overall the stay was quiet and chill- just how I like it! I have rented from Oceano dozens of times and will rent from them again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this area of town, very nice to be right on the beach. The condo had questionable items. Stove has slight V shape, not flat, had my frying pan 1/2 off the burner for it to be level. Drawers will fall out if you open all the way, be careful. Odd that arcadia door it latched to a screw, and the "bar" in the door for added security is a piece of PVC Pipe.Certain queen bed was really a double. Beds not very comfortable. Internet and wi-fi, worked from about 630 am to 9 am, some in the afternoon, none at night, so don't plan on watching movies on line. We brought VCR tapes to watch movies, only there was no VCR in the place, as advertised in their ad. No paper towels provided, notified office, they didn't seem to get my phone was not working in Mex, as tried to call me several times, then would email to say someone was coming w/ them and never did. Glad I brought my own. It's not a terrible place, but certainly can use some TLC. A screen door on the arcadia door would be really nice.
