Room change
I love going to Rocky point. I also love staying at the Sonoran sky. I took weeks researching to find a room that was higher than the eighth floor for the view, and to not hear the noise of the pool and that had a Jacuzzi bathtub. When I got to town, I was informed that the hot water heater was out in the condo I picked. Understandable so they told me they were going to move me to a different room at no charge. Lol, I would have never chose to stay on the fourth floor right above the pool. It was noisy. The condo was very under decorated compared to the one that I had thought I was staying in. The bed felt like we were sleeping on plywood. Before I arrived I had received an email saying I could order a charcuterie board for Mother’s Day. , so I bought that thinking I could take the board home I just was Advised today that they charge me $50 for the wooden cutting board. The room I chose to stay in was $80 more a night than what was given to me. I am very dissatisfied with this service.
