„I am unsure how this place got such a great rating but I did not feel clean there at all. On our way out one of the workers in the elevator had a dead roach on his head and a cockroach the size of a golf ball just sitting on his pants leg. There was no elevator going to the parking garage. The only pro was that the place was right off the beach. I would not book here again.“

„Was moved 2x due to no running water in initial unit, this was before the alternating water schedule, gave me 4 gallons of water to do everything. At second unit, tv in bedroom did not turn on, wifi was on and off. At third unit there was no wifi. Kept getting told they would look into it, but never worked at the end. It was a very disappointing experience overall“

„The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!“

„Where to start? To start there is a "cleaning fee" that was mentioned no where in the listing that was to be paid before we could receive the access code for the room. Air conditioning is on a timer also the a/c's are linked together so when you put one on the other turns off. It is a PROCESS just to get the a/c's running correctly and as the landlord is explaining to you how to "correctly" use the a/c, he will complain endlessly about the electricity bill.
