On my third visit to this resort, I have noticed several changes that have impacted the overall experience. Regrettably, many unique features that were once present are no longer available. Instead of a welcoming glass of chilled champagne, guests are now greeted with a mini popsicle. They pressure you to make a reservation which I didn't care for. The quality of snacks provided in the rooms has decreased significantly, and room service took 45 minutes with an incorrect order. There is a noticeable shortage of staff, leading to prolonged wait times, and beachside food service has been discontinued. Additionally, the entertainment on the beach is excessively loud, making it challenging to relax quietly. Furthermore, the prices for lobster have increased, and the preparation left much to be desired as it was overcooked.
Despite my previous positive experiences, these recent changes have led me to believe that the resort's standard has declined. What was once a five-star destination now feels more like a 2-3 star establishment.
