Excellent location. Rooftop pool is very nice. Good sized apartment but it is a little tired. There was a hole in the ceiling from a recent plumbing issue.

Amazing location and amenities

We are a family of 4 members, two kids and two adults. The location is gorgeous. Literally 2 blocks from the beach and malecón area. And so we felt like we were in a excellent location but we enjoy as well our intimacy as it is a quite building. Very clean, safe, the employees are very polite. The pool is very nice and quite. Definitely a place to discover.

Clean condo, easy check in process. Central to great restaurants & the beach. The highlight was the roof top pool to watch amazing PV sunsets.

This condo is a dream,Its close to everything while still able to have quiet evenings and early mornings,wonderful pool area and large enough for 2 adults( friends) and separate bathing areas.

Awesome Place, great location.

Friendly building everyone who works there are awesome as well people from Palmera vacations. Really I recommended this place. Have everything you need, almost as your own place. It is very, close from everything. Walking distance. Your view is at the mountain and bars.Rooftop expectacular. 360All your view over Zonaromantica, mountains and beach.Beach is only two blocks away. Restaurants, shopping.One last recomendation. Blue Bistro just across the street from entrance at the building. Food is amazing, flavor, presentation, friendly staff. (Breakfast - lunch). We had breakfast there every day.

Wow!! Everything was Amazing!!

This place is a 10 out of 10. The decor was beautiful, the bed and pillows were so comfortable and talk about more than enough space!! Our contact Alfredo was waiting for us to arrive, gave us a room tour and said to message him if we had any questions! We would definitely stay here again! My only tiny complaint was that the VRBO page said smoking was allowed on the balcony but with the welcome email it said no smoking on property! But other than that it was all beautiful and worth every penny!!

Perfect Spot for 1-3 people

The place was just as described in the post. I loved how safe and secure the property was. Spacious and had everything that I could need. After arriving, the pool ended up being closed, but other than that - I had a blast.

Lovely

A spacious condo with a fantastic rooftop pool in the heart of the Old Town, who could ask for more. We spent a week here at the end of a three month stay at various locations in the region and in Mexico City and it was the perfect way to end our holiday. We were done with cooking by this time so did not use much but the fridge but it has everything you would need to cook. Just a small north-facing balcony but we just headed to the rooftop. One of the few occasions where the pool and area was nicer than it looked in the photos. Hope to stay here again.

Best location in Romantic Zone

V399 is a very nice property in the perfect location. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool top view was spectacular. My favorite part was how quiet the condo was.

Location is nearly perfect

There were some issues such as the pool is still under renovation, there was no working TV and the furniture on the balcony is dry rotted with only 1 chair was usable. With that being said it was just me so it didn’t spoil the stay. Location is wonderful close to restaurants and bars. The price is wonderful so all said and done I would stay again

We have a friend that lives in the building and have stayed before. This unit is very nice. Accurate to descriptions. Roof pool is great. Location is perfect for beach/Nightlife. Check in and Check out was very easy. We would stay again.

The place is amazing, location is perfect and the views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi are beautiful! It made for a wonderful weekend with friends. The only problem I had was combing through the booking information for check-in instructions but I'm sure I worried more than I needed to. Eventually I got in touch with Alfredo who was great and the vacation went smooth from there!

In the middle of everything

The location was great, not noisy, it had everything you would need. The air conditioning in the bedroom was broken, but we made it work by keeping the main a/c unit on.

Excellent Romantic Zone/Old Town location.

Friendly & responsive host, secure building with 24 hour staff. quiet neighborhood. 1 minute walk to the main street in Old Town. enjoyed the rooftop pool and PV sunsets. So many restaurant options within a 5 minute walk. Flat streets, no crazy hills to deal with. Accurate pictures and description. Would definitely stay again!
