Good property, bad management
The instructions for accessing the property were just wrong (wrong directions, wrong instructions for the door keypad). I arrived around 6:45PM, and attempts to call just went to voicemail. I also sent messages via text and VRBO mail. I got a useless response after about 15 minutes saying "please try it again". I eventually figured out the door keypad myself (you have to clear all the lit numbers before trying to enter the provided code). Once I managed to actually access the unit, my stay was decent. The desk is shallow, and the office chair is about as cheap as they get and not very comfortable (a screw fell out of it when I used it). Adding a pillow made it usable. The bed is very firm, so wasn't too comfortable for me, but your preferences may differ. The blackout blinds in the bedroom worked well. I didn't notice any noise issues (but I sleep with earplugs in).The kitchen was decently stocked, but lacked a cutting board and the knives were very dull. There was a blender and a couple of pitchers for Gazpacho or Margaritas or whatever.
