Pools were clean and good. Challenge was that many people had cancelled so they then closed most of the restaurants daily. There would be maybe two plus a buffet open and if you missed the one you wanted then you had to go to the same one's over and over. One night we tried to go to the French restaurant but was refused for dress. Went back to the room and ordered room service - worst food every had and we sent the entire meal back. Pizza was half cooked and half raw dough. Had Hummus and pita and they sent two small wedges of pita so hard they were impossible to eat. Told the manager the next day and they promised to do something but of course they didn't. Also noting that we paid a lot of money for what we thought was the Secrets service and adults only environment. Many nights the only food was on the family Dreams side - not what we paid for. The other issue was that outside of the airport we had never experienced vulture time share sales experiences like this before. It never ended through the whole week as they constantly hounded us and tried to find some wedge to give us something free so we would talk to them. Just put a very bad feel on an already unfortunate experience. Will never go to a Secrets again and we certainly know we paid a lot of dollars for nothing. Staff were great and very friendly and helpful outside of the time share sales staff.
