Dear Joe, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with usWe're sorry to hear that you found the distance to the nearest amenities to be a bit far from the hotel: Pula centre can be easily reached by walking, taxi or with the bikes we rent in hotel. Nora, where the hotel is located is Pula' s site to find beaches and sea: moreover, our hotel in one of the only two hotels with direct access to the sea and with private beach, reserved for the guests. Regarding sea and beach conditions, we are pretty sure you know they depends by the weather: winds, tides and currents have an important impact and above all in sardinia every beach is completely different, depending on which wind is blowing. Regarding your comment on the sunbeds, we are honestly surprised, since the hotel is pretty new and we take great care of the maintenance of our equipment. However, we will double check.We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere at our hotel, as well as the well-maintained main pool and beautiful gardens. However, we feel astonished since the property is brand new, we opened last year, hotel has been completely renovated, so it's quite hard to understand to what you refer with your comment; please feel free to share with us more details in a private e-mail if you like. Restaurant Don Carlo has specific opening hours, but for the rest of the day, until dinner time, we propose a snack menu with some plates you can order at our bar, in the hall or at the beach. Room service costs are clearly written on our bar menu We'd like to apologize for not helping with luggage, we usually ask our guests if they need any help, so we are very sorry if you did not receive this kind of service. Dear Mr Mahesh, we' d like to thanks you for the time you spent to leave your comment. We are glad you liked the room, the cleaness and appreciated our team efforts to satisfy our guests needs . As regarding the restaurant service , we'd like to specify that the hotel provides only bed and breakfast arrangement . Restaurant Don Carlo, situated by the beach, is an à la carte and mainly fish restaurant (though we have also some alternatives): it is on reservation, opened to public from outside too, and hotel guests usually receive a special treatment if they decide to have lunch or dinner there. We apologize if this kind of information was not clear. We proposed one dinner with some more veg courses only for you during your stay, but then it has never been confirmed. As for the beach, if during your stay you saw some plants (called poseidonia), you may be pleased to know that it is a very important plant for marine ecosystem and it' s forbidden to remove it; sea does it by itself!
