"Wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back! We had an amazing time at this hotel and would come back. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always helpful, whether we had questions, needed information, or just a friendly chat, they were always there with a smile and great service :) The breakfast selection was fantastic, varied, fresh and delicious, with something for everyone. We also rented a motorbike directly from the hotel, which was super easy and affordable, a great way to explore the island at your own pace. In the evenings, we usually ate at the restaurant next door, a true hidden gem! Delicious food, clean, budget-friendly, and such friendly staff. We absolutely loved it. But also the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, twice a week with live music. All in all, a perfect stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langkawi and are already looking forward to our next visit :) "

"Das Berjaya Langkawi Resort ist ein sehr großes Resort. Vom Meer aus sieht man jedoch lediglich die Wasserbungalows; die Chalets liegen versteckt im Regenwald - und das macht den Charme aus. Mitten im Wald und nah bei der Natur. Fast täglich haben uns verschiedene Affenarten auf unserem Balkon besucht. Die Brillenlanguren waren unsere liebsten Besucher. Die Chalets könnten sicherlich eine "Aufhübschung" (vor allem im Inneren) bekommen. Doch wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten außerdem eine kostenlose Minibar, die täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Unser Chalet lag ziemlich weit von der Lobby entfernt. Doch das ist nie ein Problem gewesen. Wir haben niemals lange auf das angeforderte Elekroauto gewartet. Außerdem können wir uns nicht den vorherigen Bewertungen anschließen, die zum Teil die Unfreundlichkeit des Personals bemängelt haben. Im Gegenteil: Wir erfuhren zu jeder Zeit Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Jeder hatte immer ein ehrliches Lächeln für den Gast im Gesicht. Egal ob bei der Rezeption, in den verschiedenen Restaurants, die Reinigungskräfte oder die Sicherheitskräfte - sie müssten alle eine Auszeichnung erhalten für ihren überaus höflichen und freundlichen Umgang mit den Gästen. Dies konnten wir von einigen Gästen nämlich nicht sagen. Die Restaurants sind alle sehr gut. Beim Frühstücksbuffet mussten wir ab und zu kurz warten, da es sehr voll war. Doch das war in Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Spa. Wir würden das Berjaya immer wieder besuchen."

"Great service, really friendly staff. Perfect cleanness in the room and also nice size of room and bathroom. The only negative point was the AC which was really loud. The location is great, awesome beach access (private beach) and a really nice adults-only roof pool on the 5th floor with a nice view over the sea. The area is quiet, however still well located to the „main“ road with most of the bars/restaurants. "

"Schöne Anlage direkt am Strand mit Pool. Zimmer renoviert und groß. Frühstücksangebot alles vorhanden. Da wir fast 4 Wochen hier waren war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers beim Einzug sehr gut. Leider wurde dann in den folgenden 25 Tagen nur noch oberflächlich gereinigt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend "

"A Perfect Holiday – It Doesn’t Get Any Better! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly deserves its 5 stars. Everything was perfectly organized, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. The entire team was incredibly warm and attentive. We’d especially like to mention Mr. Praba, the manager, who personally ensured that all our wishes were fulfilled. His dedication and the professionalism of the entire staff were truly remarkable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and great care was taken to make sure families with children felt welcome. The hotel is absolutely child-friendly, which was very important to us. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was a huge selection, and we had the option to dine in two different restaurants – one offering Asian specialties and the other serving American-style breakfast. A delight for every taste! Another great feature was the buggy service, which made it easy and comfortable to get to our room or any other area of the hotel. The pools were immaculately clean, and there were plenty of loungers, so we always had a spot to relax. All in all, it was an absolutely perfect holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team once again!"
