« A lovely pub/reataurant with rooms. We stayed in ‘The Apartment’ that sleeps up to six people, with two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Four of us stayed comfortably and we will definitely stay here again. We had dinner and breakfast there, the food was lovely, and service second to none. « My friend and I were looking for a base to explore the historic towns, houses and gardens of this area, and struck lucky with this hotel. We were impressed by the pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, the quality of the food, the variety of dining and bar areas and the comfortable, well-maintained and quiet rooms (no audible traffic noise). Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended. »

« Tres bonne recetion .Nous avons eu une chambre executive . Vent de 60km/h a l'exterieur et il faisait claquer les vitres . La vue etait horrible puisque groupe de climatisation ou vue du mur de l'hôtel voisin.Nuit passée avec le vent et la lumiere extérieure des le levé du jour . Le personnel super . Le petit dejeuner aussi . »

« Having stayed in a whole load of hotels on a regular basis, we genuinely cannot compare the service to anywhere else we've stayed collectively. The food was stunning. The garden was gorgeous. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We just wished it was bigger so we could move in! « Great hotel with pub and restaurant, in a tudor building from the 1700s. The staff were excellent, super friendly and gave me a lot of information about the area, things to do. Only drawback is that due to the age of the building there was a bit of noise from other rooms »
