We had the best time on our stay. The staff, the food, the location and house were all immaculate. We had a group of 12 adults and 6 kids for my husband's 40th birthday party and it was the perfect luxurious retreat. We'll be back!

We were 13 and loved the property, the location being near at least 2 beaches and the wonderful, accommodating staff. Kudos to Felix for making every effort to please us, to Piu and the other chef for delicious never ending food, 2 amazing cleaning people Diana and Altagracia and to Arturo for keeping tabs on everything while managing our trip.

We had a great time!!

The property is absolutely amazing!! It is the best location, only 5 min from the airport and right by the beach. The golf carts make it easy to go to the beach or go around the property. Everything was amazing the only thing that was tricky for us was paying for the food with wire transfer. We highly recommend booking this location.

We were attending a wedding near by and need a large house that would accommodate a party of 20. This house was amazing and comfortable with a staff that made the overall experience exceptional. We would definitely recommend this place and come back ourselves.

Exceeded our Expectations

Our 16 member family (ages 6-76) were treated so well by Jose, Pio and the 2 housekeeping staff members. They handled all of our requests and we had fabulous meals during our 6 day stay. The house was beautiful and the location was wonderful. (5 minutes from the airport). We hope to return.

Mother Daughter Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at this amazing home. The staff and management company were what made it even more special. We all did not want to leave and would love to come back for another stay! Wonderful stay

This was our 2nd spring break trip to the Punta Cana Resort. This year we had a group of 20, 10 adults and 10 kids ages 4-12. We never felt cramped as the house is huge. Joes the butler was wonderful, Juana the local concierge was very responsive and the pre-trip concierge Matilda arranged all of our menu, bar and grocery provisioning, activities, and dinner reservations before we arrived.The house is located very close to the beach club/golf clubhouse. The neighborhood is beautiful - we had several other families stay in houses within the neighborhood - everyone was a 3-5 minute golf cart ride from our house.

An amazing 40th birthday celebration

We stayed at the property from November 30 to December 3 and our entire experience was one that we can’t stop talking about. Everyone appreciated the beauty of the property as well as the beauty of the staff. The ENTIRE staff was accommodating and made sure that we had everything that we needed; their hospitality was unmatched. I would highly recommend anyone book this Villa as it gave us absolutely nothing to complain about. If you’re currently on the fence about booking, get off and book!

Perfection!

This was our 2nd time renting this property and we are already planning what dates to secure for next year. The house is magnificent. The pictures are nice but it doesnt do it justice. Its absolutely perfect for large groups and incredibly spacious with many common areas to enjoy. The location is fabulous in every aspect since its such a short ride from the airport, close to the beach, and in a very private and quiet setting on the golf course. However, the BEST part of the experience is the staff. There arent enough words for how amazing each and every meal chef Pio prepared was and Jose the butler will greet you night and day with a smile and cater to your every need. Its an amazing team. We had 19 last year and 18 people this year and every person who has gone says their expectations were blown away and they've never had a vacation experience like this before!!!

The stay was awesome! The service offered by Jose, Pieo (cook), Alta, and Noori were exceptional. The menu was mixed up sufficiently to have a different flavor and theme each day. We had 15 in our party. Transportation to the villa and back was easy. Each bedroom was uniquely designed. The pool area was clean and had a clear view of the golf course and the sea shore beyond. Punta Cana Perfection

This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken! Our group of seven couples felt like royalty as every need was attended to seamlessly from before arrival to our departure. The communication with the concierge coordinated every detail from transportation, daily menu, dinner reservations and excursions. Upon arrival, we did not need to lift a finger! Drinks, snacks, dinners, laundry were always attended to so we could just enjoy the gorgeous home and all its amenities! They even arranged in home massages on the terrace. The perfect multigenerational vacation

Everything about our stay here was incredible- we cannot speak highly enough. The accommodations were spacious and clean, the amenities like the pool and golf carts allowing us easy access to the beach were so helpful, and Jose (the property manager on site) and Pio (the chef) and the entire staff were absolutely unmatched. The meals prepared were healthy, delicious, and were able to accommodate many dietary restrictions in our party. Suggestions made for dinner outings were also so wonderful. The only snafoo we encountered was in home massage services were not timely, so if you are interested in that, I’d recommend heading to the actual spa (a 5 minute golf cart ride away). We definitely plan on coming again, and commend the property, its owners, management, and staff for making our stay so fabulous.

SPECTACULAR ESTATE WITH OCEAN VIEWS

**Review of a Short-Term Home Rental in Punta Cana** Our stay at the luxurious estate on the first green of the golf course was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views and the beauty of the home itself. The chef and butler were exceptional, anticipating our every need and ensuring that we wanted for nothing. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. The housekeeping staff consistently added special touches that made our stay not only comfortable but also exceptionally enjoyable. Their attention to detail ensured that every element of our experience was seamless. I cannot think of a more beautiful home, a more idyllic resort, or a more dedicated staff. Our time here was truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend this estate to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Punta Cana.

Amazing group trip

We stayed at this home with 6 couples for my husbands 50th birthday. It was amazing. The home was beautiful, the view was amazing, very short 5 min golf cart ride to the beach. The staff was the best part - the chef made absolutely delicious food, the housekeeper did so much a including washing loads of laundry for us is we needed or even if we just left things out. The butler was very kind and attentive. The service was incredible. They made everything very easy. The golf carts worked but definitely need to be serviced - we thought they were going to break down a few times but didn’t. Other than that we would definitely recommend this home!

Our stay at the resort in Punta Cana was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. Butler Jose provided impeccable service, attending to our every need with grace and professionalism. He made us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. Concierge Bella was a gem, always ready with a warm smile and expert recommendations that made exploring Punta Cana a breeze. The cleaning ladies, Claudia and Alta, kept our room immaculate, adding thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Their dedication and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. This was, without a doubt, the best trip of our lives, thanks to the outstanding efforts of this incredible team. We can’t wait to return and relive the magic! 40th Bday/10th wedding anniversary

Based on the reviews we decided to book this place for our 40th/10th anniversary with 15 of our guests. The reviews were 💯 true! This place is amazing! The property is not only amazing but what makes this place stand out and better than any other place is the staff. The staff Jose, Chef Pio and the ladies who service the villa are exceptional! Every one of our guests wanted to take Jose and Chef Pio home with them. Jose who is the house master/butler made sure we had an excellent time. Drinks were perfect and he served us and provided all we needed with joy and happiness. Chef Pio’s food, presentation was amazing. Every meal we had was fantastic. My wife and I are well travelled and have very high expectations on food and service. This property and especially the staff didn’t disappoint. We will definitely be back!

40th Bday Party with my wife and 13 lifelong friends was an absolute hit!

Wow! This home is one you need to see. The entire layout and set up for large groups looking to enjoy themselves during their time in DR was perfect. All rooms were comfortable and clean with complete privacy. Access to the pool centrally located looking at the golf course and ocean is great for days in the sun. The back yard can be set up for games. Last but not least, the house staff and their ability to handle all the things you need during your stay was seamless. We had everything we needed food and beverage wise when we arrived. They took care of preparing every meal we had planned on time. They kept the drinks flowing and they did this all while putting up with a group that listens to their music loud and parties hard! I'd recommend this property to anyone looking to bring in a big life event with a big group!
