IMPORTANT NOTES

•  Electricity is included up to $30 USD per day. This allowance is exceptionally generous for normal use and helps ensure responsible consumption.  The current price of electricity through CEPM is $22.90 RD (44 cents USD) per kWh. A consumption report will be provided.

•  This unit is located in a fully completed phase of City Place. Most amenities are ready and available; however, the resort community is still expanding. The project next to 'The Beach' is currently under construction. Some activity may occasionally be noticeable, and services such as electricity and water may be affected intermittently.
