Close to beaches, great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Ideal for couples, friends, family and those wishing to work remotely.

The space

It is just a 10 minute walk to Bavaro Beach.

There is an option $$$ for access to the rooftop with an 8 person picuzzi tub, as well as outdoor BBQ and kitchen, eating and sitting area. Coming fall 2026!!

The master bedroom consists of a queen size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a large closet. Second bedroom consists of 2 twin size beds that can be pushed together for couples, if they wish, air conditioning, fans and a closet.
The second bedroom also has stacking beds and they can create another two beds for families with more than two children.

There are two full washrooms with shampoo, soaps included.
Hair dryers are also included.

Four beach towels are included for your use.

The main room is very spacious, with TV and high speed 100MBs WiFi, SmartTV for streaming and air conditioning with a wonderful balcony overlooking the two pools and lagoon.

The balcony is a nice area to relax with a large table for eating, having breakfast or relaxing with views of the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/ freezer, stove, oven, blender, toaster, air fryer and everything you need to cook whatever you want. There is a water cooler and water can be delivered along with ice, alcohol and other goods.

The dining room table has room for 6 people.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and soap, as well as iron and ironing board,

The residential complex has two large swimming pools for the building's guests with beds, loungers and umbrellas.

There is a gym for your use on the lower level with bikes, treadmill, elliptical and free weights.

There are also outdoor eating areas downstairs in the pool and amenity areas, complete with a charcoal grill."

There is a jungle gym with swings and slides for the children.

There is private and free parking inside with 24-hour gated security.


For your convenience, there is an elevator in the building.

We have provided an in depth apartment manual, with all the local info you will need to enjoy your stay, restaurants, shopping amenities as well as other items such as delivery of sundries and food.

Electricity:

Short term stays of under 5 days days electricity is not included.
We will included 50Kwh per week on bookings of 5 to 14 nights.

- Electricity costs 25 Dominican pesos per kWh
- Daily use use varies depending on how much you use the Air Conditioning
- You can reduce the cost by turning off the air conditioners during the day or when you are not in the apartment and using fans, or using the AC only at night.

Costs can vary from $10-18 per day, but have used as little as $30 for an entire week.

We will send you a before and after photo of the meter and cost for power at the end of your stay.
