„Un lugar que hay que dejar claro que si buscas un HOTEL este no lo es , es un condominio muy bonito y con todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia por varios dias. Me toco ir en dias de temporada baja y creo solo eramos nosotros de huespedes en todo el edificio, lo que para mi y mi familia nos parecio excelente. Repito es un Condominio no hay servicio de restaurante ni de limpieza. Pero es un lugar excelente y claro que regresaria.“

„Beautiful beachfront property in one of my favorite complexes in the gates - HDM. Joe was an amazing concierge. He even installed a new tv knowing we would be having a Super Bowl party at the house. The chef he arranged for the party was incredible. Such great food and service. We’d definitely stay here again. “

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
