« We have rented this condo seven times over the last four years. It’s clean, contemporary, and has just what you need to prepare a few meals. The hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and the first couple of days the housekeeping staff folded our towels into adorable animals. All staff members at Cancun Plaza are so kind and gracious. « The location was adequate for travel and shopping for everyday things. The process of check-in and out was fine. It has the potential to be a great location however it’s lacking in cleanliness. Their cleaning service apparently only tidies things up and doesn’t do a “real” clean. That was what we most remember of the location. We never used the pool, instead we went to the beach. I would not stay at this apartment again. Cancun has so many options. »

"Points forts : Établissement impeccable, tant sur le plan de la qualitĂ© que de la propretĂ©. Le personnel est aimable, professionnel et attentionnĂ©. Point Ă  amĂ©liorer : Les chaises Ă  la piscine et Ă  la plage sont difficiles Ă  obtenir, car elles sont gĂ©nĂ©ralement rĂ©servĂ©es avant 8h00. Bien qu’elles restent souvent inoccupĂ©es pendant plusieurs heures, elles demeurent nĂ©anmoins rĂ©servĂ©es. L’établissement devrait mettre en place une politique afin de corriger cette situation et de permettre un accĂšs Ă©quitable aux personnes prĂ©sentes."
