It has a large parking, great restaurant, a few other eating locations around and a great location - you are at a beach or regional road in no time! You can even see the ocean from the property, as it is located on top of the hill. The late check in was almost like a treasure hunt, so much fun! They sent us an email with instructions where to find which item to check in (map, key etc)...and then tmrw morning we officially ...

The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! .“

„We had a wonderful stay in Rincon! The house was in a great location, and the pool area was fantastic. We were a large group; Upstairs was me, husband, daughter (16), brother-in-law, sister-in-law and 2 kids (9 and 11). Downstairs was my mother-in-law and father-in-law. Downstairs was perfect for them. Upstairs; the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was ice cold. There is only 1 bathroom which was rough for 7 people, but we made it work. The kitchen was a bit lacking. But, again, we ...

„We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the beach supplies. The location was great, short walk to the beach. We enjoyed feeding the horses down the road and walking to the beachside restaurants. Snorkeling was great at Steps Beach. Saw a 6 ft shark one day and a sea turtle the next.“

„The perfect house to end our road trip around the island. Located less than a 5 minute walk from the main city street with restaurants and shops and less than 10 minutes to several beaches, this house sits atop a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would definitely stay again.“
