Städtereisen Purísima Concepción

We just had one night booked, but we showed up 2 days later than planned due to some issues with the flights. We reached out to the hotel (when it was already too late to change the reservation) and with the help from Valeria from Marriot Reservations/Front desk and the chat on Hotels.com, we managed to move our reservation by 2 days without the additional cost. This helped a lot, since it was Christmas time and we were already under a lot of stress stuck in Spain. :) When we finally arrived, we could expeirence a super nice, clean, modern hotel, with comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, great pool area and a very nice bar. There we got to eat really well and got some amazing recommendations for local beers & drinks, which we followed till the end of our entire stay in Puerto Rico.

Nice Hotel located at a very nice beach

The lady on phone before I booked said my 3 and a half year old daughter would be able to go on all the water slides with me the parent. This was not the case and it was very disappointing because I booked her based on that exact thing she mentioned. I wish Expedia had this information before booking because there are several other water slide resorts that allow this without height limits. If it was possible to cancel when we found this out on day two I would have and moved to the hotel I know has all slides for small kids. The water park only allowed her on the lazy river and one tiny slide that babies could go on. Food was also very bad so we ate off property every meal, also disappointed because the prices were double for rubbish food. Stale Mexican chips and revolting salsa. Other than that place was great.

This solo trip was amazing and the hotel was absolutely amazing and the front desk agent Elaine was amazing
