"Check in was seamless with a phone call and WhatsApp message. The room was great, clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable . Location is excellent, only a few steps from the main square restaurants and a short stroll to the harbour. On a very minor note, some extra coat hangers in the wardrobe would be great. Highly recommended "

"Luxury hotel with panoramic views over Navarino Bay. If you play golf it’s surrounded by golf courses. If you want to swim in the sea the beach is part of the hotel and sheltered and clean with all the facilities close at hand - they give you a device to call for service so if you are feeling really lazy you don’t need to get off your sun lounger! The spa is excellent too. "

"Thoroughly recommended. A really comfortable place with a great - and big - pool and huge verandas in each room. Looks pretty new and everything is in very smart condition and rooms very well equipped. Methoni castle and town are a pleasant 25 minutes walk (or 5 minute drive) through countryside and then along the sea shore. There are plenty of good restaurants in Methoni and the hotel gave us very good recommendations. "

"We had a wonderful week in the Goatshed. Fida and Chris are warm and generous hosts, and the accommodation is charming and full of character. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities. The terrace is a fabulous spot to linger at any time of the day. Koroni and the wider Messinia area are simply magical. Highly recommended."

"A dream hotel, located in a quiet spot at the end of the promenade, just below the castle. The interior is decorated with taste and our Junior Suite had great views over the sea on two sides of the room, a generous terrace and it was filled with nice design touches, including two portholes – we really felt we were sailing on an amazing boat. The minibar was generously filled with water and soft drinks. The service was warm and friendly and the breakfast was exceptional – the best we had during this trip in Greece. We ate at Four Seasons restaurant and we really enjoyed the dinner. We parked the car freely in front of the hotel. "
