« Room outdated, doors close to break, slow wifi, bad foods, ridiculous breakfast, dirty walls.and dirty carpets.Worst Accor hotel that I visited. Peoples are nices. Accor should invest to renovate this hotel. »

« I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for! »

« Good location and general condition of the facility is ok. However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel. »

« The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. »

« The hotel was easy to locate but some of the facility needs replacing, towels was not provided,the TV was not clear, breakfast had no option just fried yam and egg with only an option of tea. »

« We never stayed because they did not honor our reservation through Expedia. They claimed that thethey do not do business with Expedia and could not access our booking. We were very disappointed that a company like Expedia will accept booking for a hotel that has no business with it. We ended up finding accommodation at a different hotel. »
