„Stayed here after attending John Deere Classic. It was perfect. Close to our bus pick up location, very clean and had a great coffee shop a block away! It was a Sunday night stay and did hear 3-4 trains but they supplied ample ear plugs if you needed/wanted them. Great communication.“

„The check in was simple, the unit was has advertised and no trains came through in the middle of the night. You do get a low rumble from the concert venue next door but it was done by 10:00. Unit was clean, well-stocked and in great shape. The balcony was an absolute GEM overlooking the Mississippi! Check out instructions were, close the door and leave. Thanks Tim! “
