« This place was perfect for my mom and I while visiting my son. It was small but for two it was ok. Big kitchen with a nice variety of pots and pans for cooking. The only down side was the space was cooled by small window AC. Since it was so hot outside the units had a hard time keeping the space cool in the evening when sleeping. »

« This is a terrific place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The living area and dining areas are wonderful for the group to gather comfortably. Hot tub and foos ball table, what else would you need for entertainment. The location in Bay City is close to great restaurants too.This was our second stay this year. The host is very responsive too. »

« Looks like a new setup. The furniture / bedding was very basic (dorm).There was only one window AC unit in the dining area which made the bedrooms quite hot in the summer. Would have appreciated a fan or something. The kitchen is nice but missing stuff. There is a lot of space in the unit. The checkin / checkout process was cumbersome with numerous (automated?) messages and warnings/restrictions. »
