„Great house and a great host.“

„Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and ...

„Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.“

„Absolutely perfect house for our family’s visit to Fredericksburg. Clean, easy check in and check out, fully decked out with everything we could need. Loved that there were k-cups, creamers and a selection of sweeteners when we got there, too. Needed that cup of coffee after our drive.
