« This place was excellent, clean, and has lots of living space. The home was well equipped simple but fully functional, fully set up kitchen with pots pans knifes forks all that good stuff. Communication was on point, if you have any questions or anything of the sort youll get an answer back fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in a fully set spot with so many things such as a pool, hot tub. »

« Everything was really clean and well-furnished, the rooms were comfortable, the neighborhood is nice, and the host was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. It was a short drive to the airport and to lots of options for restaurants, breweries, attractions, etc. We really enjoyed the backyard space to relax in the sunshine! I was a little turned off by the gigantic deposit, but it was refunded with no issues on exactly the 14th day after our checkout. »

« This property is close to ASU with a grocery store just down the street. The layout of the house is great with one bedroom on one side and the other two bedrooms at the other end. The living areas are cozy and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate and the house is lovely. There are train tracks right behind the house but we only heard one train a day. The property manager was great to work with and we hope to stay again some day! »

"L'hĂŽtel est bien situĂ© par rapport Ă  l'aĂ©roport et proche d'une zone commerciale pour les repas. Mais refusez la Chambre 330 : vue de la fenĂȘtre sur 2 horribles modules de climatisation trĂšs trĂšs bruyants. De plus pas de mĂ©nage ni changement de serviette pour 2 nuits consĂ©cutives... Caution de 50$ pour 2 nuits recrĂ©ditĂ©e sur notre carte plie poil 1 mois aprĂšs la 1ere nuit passĂ©e Ă  Phoenix !! TrĂšs pratique qd on est dĂ©jĂ  rentrĂ© en France ! C'est le seul hĂŽtel qui ne nous a pas rendu la caution sous 3/4 jours sur plus de 10 hĂŽtels diffĂ©rents lors de notre sĂ©jour dans l'ouest amĂ©ricain (on nous avait dit lors du check out qu'on le rĂ©cupĂ©rerait sous 7 Ă  10 jours - ce qui est dĂ©jĂ  en soi trĂšs long...). Aucun souci avec d'autres hĂŽtels de cette chaine dans d'autres villes..."
