« I was very pleased that it was a pet friendly property, but we checked in early, but supposedly it had already been cleaned. It smell clean and looked clean until you started walking and your feet were sticking to the floor and I took a shower and there is a hairball, which I left right there in the upper left corner of the shower on top of the shower surround and I had to purchase a mop and bucket to clean the floors so that I can walk around in my socks I want to turn on an air conditioner in...

« Beautiful, peaceful lake house experience was exactly what our family of 5 needed. Whether fishing from the canoe or swimming & playing on the water trampoline there was something for everyone. Fire pit in the evening was a favorite. Would definitely recommend. »

« The house was perfect! Nice set up for us. Beds were comfy and it was just a few minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and the tracks. Would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a great couple of days. It was warm the day of out arrival so we were able to enjoy the deck which was very relaxing. The views were amazing every day, the waterfall was my best part.Thank you again Samantha and Chris for the use of your beautiful house »

« Room met our needs for an overnight stay, while attending a show at SPAC! Room was clean. Appears to have been recently renovated, with renovations in progress to other rooms within the motel complex. Reasonably priced. »

« Unconventional but extremely convenient and seamless check in. Very attentive staff. Would be happy to stay here again! »

« Everything was wonderful! It was so clean and the beds were so comfortable! I was so thankful to find a place for one night as I know is not a VRBO favorite. »

« Overall, we enjoyed our stay. But the outdoors needs work. Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen. The rocks are loose and there are no longer steps...

« Great place for a weekend getaway and overall worth the stay! The space itself is very nice, but there were a few minor drawbacks. The floors were quite dirty when we arrived, and the upstairs bedroom gets extremely bright in the morning. Because of the skylight and the lack of curtains on the upstairs windows, there isn’t much privacy, and you won’t be able to sleep in past sunrise. Despite those details, it’s a nice property and we enjoyed our weekend. »

« Perfect for what we needed as a family of 8,, the host was very easy to communicate with as well. »
