Summary

A three-bedroom apartment at 404 Oaks Shores, created by combining a two-bedroom unit with an adjoining one-bedroom unit via a lockable interconnecting door. The two-bedroom side features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a gas fireplace, heat pump, balcony with outdoor dining, and two king bedrooms (each splittable into singles) with their own ensuites. The adjoining one-bedroom side is fully open plan with its own king bed (splittable into singles), kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom. Guests are managed independently of the wider hotel complex and do not have access to reception areas or shuttle services.



The Space

A three-bedroom home on a single level, on Frankton Road between Frankton and central Queenstown. The living areas look out to sweeping Views of Lake Wakatipu & The Remarkables.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, with sweeping Views of Lake Wakatipu & The Remarkables.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. Two with walk-in showers and one shower-over-bath set up.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop (gas), exhaust fan, oven, kettle.

Balcony: Balcony off the dining area accessed via sliding doors; outdoor dining set seats 4.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

This apartment is privately managed out of the Oaks Shores Resort complex on Frankton Road, right on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. It's roughly a 7-minute drive (or a scenic lakeside walk/cycle) into central Queenstown, with Frankton's shops and cafes close by the other way.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: None

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
