The home unfolds across three levels. Enter at ground level to a spacious mudroom, perfect for stowing ski gear and outdoor equipment, with a double garage alongside for secure parking.

The next level houses two generously sized bedrooms, each with king split beds and full-height windows framing the water. One shares access to a family bathroom with a freestanding tub and separate shower; the other enjoys its own ensuite with a rain shower. A laundry room and a relaxed media lounge — complete with beanbags and access to a large balcony — round out this floor.

Climb to the top level and the views take over completely. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen space is framed by floor-to-ceiling glass, following the light from sunrise over The Remarkables to dusk near Walter Peak Station.
