„The Highway was loud. “

„Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, leider war der Kaffee und das Teewasser nur lauwarm. Den Servicekräften fehlte es ein wenig an Motivation und Professionalität.“

„Nice and clean place“

„I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Plus it’s close to a lot of different things and made for a wonderful stay.“

„Good stay for a business trip“

„Wouldn’t recommend the hotel but staff was nice“

„Manor on the Mile Two is an excellent spot to stay. The property was clean, well-decorated, and organized. I stayed briefly while I traveled to both Milwaukee and the Bristol Renaissance Faire. I loved its convenient distance from both destinations (about 25 minutes from both) and how quiet/peaceful it was out there. I'll definitely be staying again and recommend you do the same!“

„Beautiful lobby, workout room and indoor pool. Our room was small. Bed was ok. AC/Heat was very touchy. Room was either cold or hot. It runs day and night. Kept us awake. Didn’t see that they offered ear plugs etc until checkout today. We spent 2 nights. Our room was not serviced yesterday. Breakfast was ok. Not laid out very well. Example toaster on counter with eggs etc but bread is across the way about 5 feet or more. Needs better organization. Tortillas not warm even though served in ...

„Great staff!“

„It was truly an amazing hotel in the heart of Racine on the square. All within walking distance to local pubs and dining. The lobby was breathtaking. The rooms were very cozy and packed with comforts. Don't get me started on the shower. Loved it! I couldn't squeeze in time for the fitness center but it was stocked with enough for a great workout. I especially liked the added security. I felt safe and at ease.“

Preis/Leistung in Ordnung.“

„Easy to book and good location“

„Personal eine Katastrophe. 5 Tage Aufenthalt und kein einziges Mal eine Begrüssung. Die Dame die fürs Frühstück zuständig war nuckelte am Daumen und servierte mit nassem Daumen unser Frühstück. Absolut eklig. Alle nur mit Handy beschäftigt. Lampe im Zimmer kaputt; Kaffeemaschine kaputt, Dusche defekt. Keine Reparatur innerhalb 5 Tagen. Trockner im Laundryroom defekt. Manager 5 Tage nicht zu erreichen. Über 1000 Dollar für null Service “

„Very friendly staff. The entire hotel looked clean every day! A defective HVAC unit was replaced in 15 minutes! Our room was very clean and in good condition. All appliances were spotless and worked well! Nice large lawn areas and paved sidewalks for walking dogs. Well lit parking lot. Exterior door locks at hallway entrances. The hotel and staff were very pet-friendly to our dog.“

„I left my expensive pillow in my room by mistake. Called 2 hours later and was told they would contact housekeeping and get back to me. A week later I've called 5 times and gotten 5 different stories. The "manager" Maria has lied to me and the corporate offices. Such unprofessional behavior......ive stayed at this property over 20 times in the last 12 years. Its gone completely unprofessional.“
