Overall, the staff is super friendly, professional, and communicative. Especially the sales/rental team and the staff at the mini market.
The property is very well located, private, and secure. It is located about a 1h drive from PUJ Airport and approximately the same distance from SDQ Airport.
The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. However, some recommendations and points for improvement would be to enhance the maintenance of the apartment. The balcony doors didn’t latch; therefore, we were not able to lock them. Additionally, the air conditioning in the common areas of the apartment stopped working on the second night, and the sink was almost entirely clogged. The sales/rental team reported these issues to the maintenance team immediately. However, after the technician came to inspect and validate the report, he said he would send someone during the day to fix everything, but no one ever showed up.
Additionally, the kids’ playground toys are broken and not safely secured. Only the slide can be used safely by children.
