« The number of beds (sleeps 20) is quite misleading. We found that the bunkhouse option was out of the question. We saw a bat, the sleeping pads were covered in dead bugs and stains from who knows what. No one, not even our more adventurous kids would sleep out there. Made the sleeping conditions inside the house very cramped. Cooking pans were grungy and we had to wash them before we dared use them. The wafer of soap in the bathrooms was pitiful. « The sunrise was beautiful and breathtaking. The house is cozy and inviting. There are three bedrooms upstairs one of them has a bunk bed and a full bathroom upstairs. Bottom has one. Bedroom and a half bath with a washer dryer. The wraparound patio is great. There is a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it. The host was very friendly and was extremely helpful with any questions we had which was an extreme bonus. The view hands down was beautiful. »

« We stayed here on the last night of a week-long trip with our family of five. After growing tired of staying in hotels, we found renting a house to be a very relaxing experience. We were also weary of eating out, but thanks to a good supermarket nearby, we were able to buy groceries and enjoy meals at home. »

« There were 14 of us who stayed here! It was roomy and comfortable. It was a beautiful home. There was a wonderful view of Bear Lake. Grandpa and grandson watched the sun come up from the deck. It was well stocked with supplies and amenities. We enjoyed our stay! »

« We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here. »
