« There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs. « The first room had numerous things wrong with it. The hotel tried to give a second room that room had issues in the bathroom. Finally got a third room that was acceptable. The price is low for a reason. Their quality is terrible. I would request a look at your room before you settle down. »

« Our son is at Frostburg State. The Allegheny Trail house will be our place to stay whenever we plan to visit our son. This place is unique and lovely to stay at. Friendly and attentive staff. »

« Staff was so nice. Rooms, and lobby were pretty clean. Water definitely has an iron issue. Fairly yellow. My biggest complaint was the “heated” indoor pool. Pool water was absolutely freezing, the pool room wasn’t even warm. The whole floor inside the pool room doesn’t seem to have ever been cleaned. Filthy and black. If anything touched the floor, feet, towel, shoes, they would be absolutely filthy. The whole pool area needs a whole shutdown and deep clean. If I know it was that bad we would...

« We had a great stay! We chose this cabin to help us escape from our busy life. The home is beautiful, designed with such care and unique finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality cookware and appliances (there was even a large assortment of coffees, spices, sweeteners), the outdoor space is incredible, and the setting is gorgeous.
