The Space

As you walk in, you'll first find the screened-in porch, complete with a comfortable bench and two rocking chairs. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a book, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.

Step inside and you'll find a cozy, open-concept kitchen and living room with a rustic yet sophisticated feel. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a Keurig Duo for both K-Cup and traditional coffee, a toaster, cookware, dishes, and other kitchen essentials.

Sleeping Spaces

Master Bedroom:

A comfortable queen bed with an adjustable head, wall-mounted TV, wall-mounted fan, and an all-in-one noise machine and alarm clock with a convenient phone charging station.

Second Bedroom:

Twin bunk beds that are comfortable for both kids and adults. The room also includes a TV, wall-mounted fan, and an all-in-one noise machine and alarm clock with a phone charging station.

Loft:

A small low ceiling loft with two twin floor mattresses, only for children ages 5–12. The loft also has a TV and an all-in-one noise machine and alarm clock with a phone charging station.

The cottage has a full bathroom with a shower (no bathtub), along with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor space is made for enjoying time together. A large deck area provides plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy the fresh air. Fire up the charcoal grill or cook outdoors on the Traeger Flatrock, then gather around the fire pit in the evening for conversation, s'mores, and relaxing under the stars.

The screened-in porch, large deck, fire pit, and outdoor cooking area give you plenty of options for enjoying the property throughout the day.

Public Beach & Water Access

Guests have access to the public beach on Crescent Lake, where you can spend the day swimming, relaxing by the water, or enjoying the beautiful lake surroundings.

The public boat launch is also available for guests who would like to launch their own boat or watercraft during their stay.

For even more fun on the water, the cottage includes 4 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for guests to use. Spend the day paddling, exploring the lake, or simply enjoying time on the water.

Fun for Everyone

There are plenty of ways to enjoy your time at Crescent Oak Cottage, whether you're staying in or heading outside. You'll find a variety of board games for family game nights and downtime, along with outdoor lawn games for enjoying the fresh air.

Whether you're relaxing on the screened porch with your morning coffee, gathering around the kitchen for a meal, grilling dinner on the deck, spending the afternoon at the beach, paddling around the lake, playing games together, or ending the evening around the fire pit, Crescent Oak Cottage is designed to give you a comfortable place to slow down and enjoy your time away.

Please Note: Crescent Oak Cottage is a no pet and no smoking property. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the entire stay.

Other things to note Crescent Oak Cottage is not a waterfront property. We are located directly across the street from beautiful Crescent Lake, with slight views of the water from the property. A large church property sits between the cottage and the lake, so the lake views are limited.

We can accommodate up to 6 guests (maximum 4 adults).

Guests have access to the public beach and public boat launch, both located directly across the street from the cottage. The public boat launch makes it convenient for guests who want to bring their own boat or watercraft, while the public beach provides an easy place to enjoy swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing by the lake.

Please note that the private association beach is for property owners only and is not available to rental guests. There are also no docks or moorings available for guest use. Guests are welcome to enjoy the nearby public beach and use the public boat launch across the street.

During the summer months, the area can be active, with people enjoying the lake, launching boats, and coming and going throughout the day.

If you're looking for a quiet, secluded waterfront property, this may not be the right fit. However, if you want easy access to Crescent Lake while staying in a comfortable cottage with plenty of outdoor space, Crescent Oak Cottage puts you right in the middle of the fun.

We also provide 4 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for guests to enjoy during their stay, giving you even more ways to get out on the water and explore the lake.
